Nothing can always be precisely planned. Therefore we are available 24 hours for check-in.
Each apartment has its own parking space in the underground car park. Each pitch has a wall box for charging electric cars. There are separate parking spaces with charging facilities for e-bikes.
Just a few hundred meters away you will find a Sixt car rental station. The apartments are also located in the ShareNOW, Milles and Sixt Share areas.
Scooters from TIER, VOI, Lime and Bolt are always nearby if you need one of the City Scooters.
You would like to have a bike to use the well-developed bike paths. No problem. Ask us for a bike, we have many bikes that we are happy to give you.
It doesn't matter when you arrive - for the first few days, everything you need is there with many regional organic products.
All apartments are equipped with coffee machines and there is also delicious coffee for the first few days.
Good wine is something special. That's why we have integrated your own wine fridge in all apartments from 70 sqm. As a welcome gift, we will give you a bottle of our current favorite wine.
Food is passion. We have extensively equipped our kitchens with equipment so that you can prepare your favorite dishes. Good Appetite.
Sleep better than ever before. The minimum width of all double beds is 1.80 meters. All beds are equipped with mattresses, toppers and extra comfort covers. Change bed linen is sufficiently available in each apartment.
We love wellness and well-being. With the best products from JEAN & LEN and Pkancosmetics, we have everything that is important to start with. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap and everything you need for a comfortable bubble bath. All bathrooms are fully stocked with towels.
Fiber optics ensure fast internet in all buildings. Each apartment has at least 100 MBit download speed. Streaming, working and digital meetings are no problem with this strong line.
SONOS just sounds good. Therefore we have equipped all apartments with boxes from SONSO.
Munich's best laundry is not far away. If you don't want to leave the house, we work together with a home delivery laundry service.
All rooms are non-smoking.
